What is important to broadband is the speed at which the information can be passed. Whether or not a person uses broadband or not is a personal decision that only that person can make. People should understand the advantages and disadvantages of broadband.

Because there is good and better reasons for the use of broadband, the disadvantages are not because of the service which is excellent. The advantages of broadband are the speed of the service. It is much faster than the old slow dial up service. It is reliable and makes for faster downloads, also. When talking about the advantages and disadvantages of broadband, another advantage is the ability to talk with others or doing video conferencing in real time mode. This saves companies millions of dollars every year because there is no travel required and the company doesn’t have to pay for food and lodging as well.

Another advantage to having broadband is that it can speed up all of the work that a person has to do in a workday. It allows people to get more accomplished while at their desk and even the ability to get some things done at home.
